Pan's Labrynth should easily win this. It achieved a great film in a rare genre - adult fantasy, and did a fantastic job doing it. The complexity of the little girl's experiences in her fantasy lands combined with her real life experiences with the dictator provides such a unique film that hands down deserves this award.
I think that "Pan's Labyrinth" is going to take the win. It's one of the few films in recent history that has done so well in the States as a foreign language film.
